What’s gastro-botanica, you ask? It’s essentially the brainchild of chef Jason Tan (formerly from Corner House). Here, he elevates the vegetable-forward cuisine by taking inspiration from French culinary techniques and introducing essences. Dining in this lush, sophisticated space is an experience in itself – everything is delicately plated and tastes as exquisite as it looks. For the full Euphoria experience, we say go for the wine pairings to round out your meal.
