Furthermore to enhance of K8 customer support further, you could invest in additional training programs for their representatives and implement more efficient communication channels for quicker response times and better resolution of customer issues.

I have had some really great experiences with support staff and while I may have voted for Jesse, if I had the chance to vote twice, I would have given the other vote to clover! 

Most of my interactions have been exemplary with support staff, except for the odd occasion where my problem may be put on the back burner, only to be forgotten about while I wait in queue. My only suggestion (which I’m sure is already implemented to some degree) is some form of alert indicating the absolute maximum time a support worker can be ‘afk’ from a clients chat, letting the customer know that they aren’t forgotten and reminding the support worker that there is still someone waiting on them. Even a simple ‘sorry to keep you waiting, I will be back in time to tend to your issue’ copy and pasted feels better than the bot’s automated reply. This way you at least know you haven’t forgotten about :D.

どの方も日本語だと今一つ伝わりにくいですが、この方はいつも問い合わせ後に「楽しい時間をお過ごしください」など優しい言葉を掛けてくれます。ほとんどの人は定型文で終わるのでこういった言葉があるだけでうれしく思います。

問い合わせのほとんどの方は、ゲームの不具合だと思いますので、他のカスタマーの方もこういった気遣いをもっとしてくれるとイライラせずに済むのになといつも感じます。

There is nothing in particular that could be improved in customer support. I appreciate the prompt and courteous response.

 

Regarding the forum, I think it would be better to organize the headings so that customers can quickly find the topic they are looking for.

 

The baccarat bonus page is easy to understand at a glance, but the page for the many different slot bonuses takes time to find, so there seems to be room for improvement.

 

The explanation of the conditions for obtaining the bonus is clear and easy to understand.

先月はRebeccaにしか関わってないので、Rebeccaに投票しました。

カスタマーサービスへの要望としては、日本人スタッフの雇用です。日本語は難しいニュアンスが多いため翻訳次第では、上手くコミュニケーションが取れなかったりする為です。

 

公式フォーラムの改善案としては、K8のサイトからすぐに飛べるリンクと、そのリンクが分かりやすいようにしていただけると助かります。

ギャンブラーは面倒な事を嫌う方が多いと思いますので、簡単な物でお願いします。

また、バカラ連勝と同じくルーレット連勝、スロット倍率と同じくクレイジータイム倍率、アビエーター倍率、リンボ倍率とか参加項目を増やしていただけると様々なプレイヤーにとってとても嬉しいです。
